I waited 2 months to receive the decision.

i was very fortunate, the Board member and Representative were very nice....Montreal IAD. I waited 6 weeks for decision.

same here minister of counsel was very rude but judge she was very calm and nice , hopefully every thing goes well in everyone's favor !!!

I am not surprised. I don't expect the Ministers counsel to have a pleasant attitude. Where they disrespectful? I won't tolerate that behavior even from a government official. (I am the sponsor) Our hearing is next!! nervous and excited.

I am not surprised. I don't expect the Ministers counsel to have a pleasant attitude. Where they disrespectful? I won't tolerate that behavior even from a government official. (I am the sponsor) Our hearing is next!! nervous and excited.

In our case, the Minister Counsel added another reason to deny our application. She added Genuineness. That was submitted before the hearing

Ministers Council did not submit any discovery in our case either. Our lawyer found it unusual.
