PR card In person pick up

I have a question does anyone had an experience to pick up there card in person from the Vancouver downtown office? Have they started calling people by appointment? Because IRCC agents are not helping at all and all say different things.

As far as i know you can only have it mailed to you.

I called IRCC office, said my card had arrived in Vancouver exactly a month ago. I still has not hear anything yet and I have been waiting 11 months in total since my application. The waiting period is just pure nonsense.

My CoPR has expired as per the online application even though it should be good till October 2021. They said my PR card is at Edmonton office and I have to pickup but the office is not doing in person appointments yet

I applied for renewal, decision made since 21 April 2021. By webform I got to know that mine is selected for pickup but no communication since then? Did anyone got for pickup or anything? Please update
