Is it normal for your lawyer to receive document disclosure (all the data and documents you used to apply for visas to Canadian embassy) before your refugee hearing?

*Does such disclosure impact the outcome of the hearing?

*Does it mean they came across something contradictory to your previous visa application to that of your BOC?

Your input would be appreciated.

Hey, my hearing is tomorrow and my lawyer also received an email from IRCC, disclosure documents. If you have nothing to hide on those documents, I think you're fine. If there are discrepancies, make sure to explain them to avoid big mistakes.

all the best.

Thanks. I appreciate your reply. Have nothing to hide. My only concern will be on address which I can explain to them.

Good luck on your hearing tomorrow. Please do tell me how it went.
