It's a bit strange. If you are the principle applicant, then you and your spouse shall receive letters to submit evidence for all members.

Yes , it's very strange what they plan to do I don't know children don't have evidences I andy wife who have the evidence but also I don't think there mistake

Today I called the IRB to inquire about my application, and they informed me that I have a hearing scheduled for the summer. I requested the date details, and they told me it’s on July 17th. However, they also mentioned that the date could change, so I should check with my lawyer for confirmation.

I had icac Pilot less complex and hearing was schudule for me only to find out that my claim has been consolidated with my brother

So was your hearing cancelled? If grounds for asylum of family members are the same it is not uncommon for them to be joined together to be more efficient. You should have both your lawyers speak to each other.

I got it too in March 2024, Less Complex letter and submitted my evidence in early July 2024 and on September 27th my lawyer sent me my positive decision without a hearing thru an email, after like 2 weeks I got it in mail on my address. I applied for PR if anybody knows how long it will take to get an acknowledgment along with a permanent application number, please lmk, thanks
