I got the ITA. But I have a question - My kid was born here in Canada. Should I include him in PR profile? He is a Citizen already. If I say no, then its asking reason for "why my son is not accompanying me". Please guide me here ..

My friend is one of those unlucky ones. He is in Canada and has a score of 420, but he was working towards improving his IELTS score. Unfortunately, he did not submit his profile. Otherwise, he would have got the invite. I kept telling him to just apply for the sake of getting on the train. Massive miss for him. Congrats to everyone who got the invite today. Celebrate fellas.

But he should still follow your advice and do so asap !!

now CEC pool is probably emptied after this round of invitation, the points may not be as high as previous years , he's got a chance !

I think the kids section there is a question which asks whether the kid is a PR/Citizen or not. Probably you need to say 'Yes' there

Don't get me wrong, BIG congrats to all the 27,000 but I think its time for me to go kill myself (don't worry I won't but it sure feels like that)

I don't think they will open another CEC for a 100 yrs. Jokes apart I really don't think they will open a CEC for this year but this is IRCC so yeah you could be right, who knows!!

I have created profile in feb 2020 and I have 464 score. I have got OINP nomination in November. However. I haven’t received ITA from today draw of cut off 75. Do I expect receive ITA?? or because of PNP am i not getting ITA??

I submitted profile in July 2020, received OINP in November which I didn't accept and finally received ITA in 8th Jan Draw. Did you accept PNP?

Not sure what sort of algorithm they are using.

Probably the applicant submitted the bare minimum to be eligible under CEC - language exam and 1 year Canadian experience, didn’t declare any education or foreign work experience. Could be 40+ years old.
