Has anyone heard back from emailing that PPR email address? I have emailed them but nothing.
I'm ready to move. Have given notice on my apartment and hired a moving company and nothing. Starting to panic.

Many people wait 2-3 months after ppr... better be patient before got the passport back

this is what they replied to me earlier this week:
"The office that processes the passports and visas is currently working with limited staff. Delays are to be expected. We cannot comment on a timeline."

I got something similar ... they are delays for 1 year almost..

This happened to us in June 2020. We got PPR in March the waited 3 months, we did not ask for the passports, but they just returned them to us without COPR or Visa stamps.

Passport delivered on Dec 29th. No updates after that. Tried calling, webform, email and Twitter. Just getting generic response. How can they sit on such important document like passport . Stuck in a limbo now. :( :(

We have the same date. Still waiting. This is a bit ridiculous. I'm fully packed and have given notice on my apartment here and even signed a lease in one in Canada
It's so frustrating

Same dates and sentiments here. I don't get why would they request the passports if they don't have the bandwidth. What number did you call on? Also what e-mail did you follow up on?

But why would you do this when you don't even have the COPR? Mine was delivered on 12/7 and it's not even approved yet. I'm considering withdrawing the application but then who knows how long that will take. It took them one month to reply a web form inquiry.

Hello everyone?
nothing related to PPR but have some queries if someone can help.
I have No surname on my passport and have full name in first name section while applying for my PGWP I entered LNU(last name unknown) In the last name section because it wouldnt validate without it. SO Just Curious if this is gonna cause any issue because now i see LNU as my last name in the application. P
PLEASE HELP.
