can you mention the duration for which it was approved? Is it like a year from expiry of current visa ?

Hi All,
I am going to apply for BOWP. Looking for help with the following queries. Thanks in advance.
A) Which option should I select while filling up BOWP application?
1) Apply for a work permit with the same employer
2) Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
3) Restore my status as a worker
4) Get a new temporary resident permit
B) Do I need to select ‘Open Work Permit’ in the type of work permit?
C) Can I attach same document that I used in PR application for ‘Original offer of employment’? Or I should get a new one. It’s been almost four months I have applied for PR.

Lets say my closed work permit visa is still April 15, 2021 and I get an approval for BOWP on Feb 15, 2021 till Feb 15,2022. Then does that invalidate my closed WP altogether? How does that work?
I got email today saying "We sent you a message about your application" about my BOWP.
However, I don't know my account, it's handled by my representitive and today's Sunday, they are off !
I need to wait until tomorrow but I'm deadly qurious what's going on my application. Anyone knows?

I had selected- Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer. And attached no employment letter. It approved normally

Applied: Jan 10, 2021
BOWP AOR: January 18, 2021
Ghost Update: February 08,2021
BOWP Approved on gckey: February 10,,2021
