Hi I have few queries for my BOWP application as i am getting 50 points for the job offer in express entry profile and currently i am in a closed work permit.

In BOWP there is a question Do we have a written Job offer? what will be the answer yes/no

i am getting question Have you done medical exam in the last 12 months . I done for my PR last month can i say yes for this question and submit the same for BOWP application. Please help me for this question Have any one submitted medical document in BOWP as well

So anyone faced this thing while submitting BOWP please guide me what to follow. Any ICT work permit holders who applied BOWP recently can help me in this

I was got a request for a " Provincial Nominee Certificate from the Province of Destination", is this the same as the confirmation of CONFIRMATION OF NOMINATION?

Didn't you submit your confirmation of nomination originally? It is essential for PNP nominee who are applying for BOWP

I submitted a BC PNP support letter with the application, I thought was ok, but later submitted the confirmation of nomination by webform
So are you saying the confirmation of Nomination is the same as the Provincial Nominee Certificate

1. YES for the valid JOB OFFER, if you have stated the same in your PR application.
2. Medical - YES, if this is within the last 12 months. The medicals for your PR would just be forwarded for evaluating BOWP

Yes it is your nomination certificate they are asking.

I've heard that 1. - NO, because this is going to be B"OPEN"WP - you don't need any JO to be qualified. Only AOR + Not expired current WP

*I'm not arguing, just truing to calm myself, because I'm on closed-expiring-soon wp, CEC+JO for 50 points and answered NO in BOWP tool, lol)
