Hello everyone
My AOR is 9th July. Last time I called in December and agent told me that my eligibility was recommended pass and criminality passed as well. Security was not started in December. After that I haven’t bothered to call them as last agent was a bit rude.
I had submitted my file through a representative, so I don’t have login info. So I always look into my status by calling IRCC and listen to an automated message. But today, after announcing my submission date it directly try to connect to an agent without providing any further updates.
Is this normal or some kind of glitch in their system?
I’m getting worried.

Called approximately three weeks ago and got this status:
Eligibility: Recommended Passed
Criminality: In progress
Security: Not Started
VO Ottawa

My biometrics fee has not been refunded and in the system I still got the message that my fingerprints have not been recieved (they appear validated in the upper right corner though)

Anyone in the same situation with the biometrics?

I got my approval today but I haven’t got COPR yet. There was no phone call or verification requested.
My timeline is:
CEC Inland
AOR 9th July

Review of eligibility
February 2, 2021 Your eligibility has been reviewed. Please see the final decision below.

Review of medical results
August 27, 2020 You passed the medical exam.

Review of additional documents
We do not need additional documents.
Interview

You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.

Biometrics
November 5, 2020 Completed.

Background check
January 23, 2021 Your background check was completed.

Final decision
February 3, 2021 Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details.

Will update once I receive COPR letter.

Since so many people are getting COPR lately, I thought I’d put my timeline to give some perspective to people who haven’t received any news yet:

AOR 2nd July
Med passed 24 August
BIL 24 august
Biometrics exempted 15 Oct
Recommended pass eligibility 28 oct
Criminality passed sometime in Late January
As of Feb 1st, Security not started
I got a ADR on January 28th, submitted document on January 28th. First « your document has been uploaded », the next day « we are reviewing the document you provided », received an email to confirm they had received it. Additional document Changed the same night to « Not Applicable ».

I haven’t heard anything back from them and haven’t called back yet.
Also requested GCMS notes on January 18th, still no news
Got an answer on February 2nd for a web form enquire sent in December 26

I hope these infos help some of you who are in the same situation!

Yes, I did one year of university in France but dropped out and therefore never completed the master degree. I did put on my profile that I had done a year of university but wasn’t awarded a degree. They asked for an ECA for some reason but I provided them with a letter of explanation that I didn’t complete it. I wasn’t awarded any point for that anyway since I had put I hadn’t completed it in the first place (had a little bit of a heart attack at first sight I have to admit)

My AOR date is July 15th and on January 15th my timeline was completed. Since then, I see my timeline constantly appearing and disappearing. Does that have anything to do with my application status or it's just a glitch?

it happens to me as well..today it disappeared again the second time. doesn't mean anything. called agent today and only eligibility passed and that is about it ...

And yes I asked my representative about the ghost update and he told me that they had received a ghost update on 23rd January and according to online portal that was a day when my security got passed.
