It’s why I’m thankful she assisted! Clearly some MPs just don’t care to assist. Can’t say for certain. Mine was great and I must acknowledge that. I won’t get her involved unless IRCC doesn’t contact me after my 1 yr. but they certainly respond to MPs.

You’re thankful they picked up the phone and called Canada Post to see where in the tracking process your package was, versus you picking up a phone and doing it yourself ?
It’s not that some don’t care to assist ,but they have their limitations I presume on how busy they are , and what mundane tasks they’ll do , that there constituents can’t or are unable to do

Y’all need to stop making assumptions. Ofcourse I tried tracking myself they didn’t care to respond to me or assist in anyway but they surely responded to the MP. Maybe if y’all aren’t so bitter y’all might actually get assistance where needed. Attitude check is needed for much of y’all. Bunch of negative nancies!

Yeah I really don't understand the negativity of this sub on this question. It's not surprising that members of the government get treated better than customers, even if officially that shouldn't happen.

Maybe too many locked up in their homes and thinking too much. That's understandable.
Hopefully things will get better soon.
