Thanks much. I was able to link it using application no, family name and passport.The UCI that you are entering is it from the email they sent (AOR)? Or from the visitor visa(if your child has one)? If it's from the AOR that's the sponsor's UCI. Try different combinations like passport information or Place of birth and application number. If all the other information is correct try changing the number of people in the application "2" if you don't have a cosigner and "3"if you do.. Good luck and let us know if it works
i received COPR imm 5688 for one twin whose portal was made online with his email id! For another twin, i received an information letter to send passport size photo (hard copy)& i had sent it on 17th Dec 2020. No updates after that
I am so frustrated as they are not answering properly thru webform too now...

Date submitted(it says on full application status like this with gckey):- 24th March 2020.
I had got their medical done on 9th Jan 2020 for their Canada Visitor visa and had submitted that medical photocopies while applying for their PR.
For one boy it says passed medical exam on 9th March 2020 & for second boy it was saying: You dont need medical exam & then it says, passed medical on 5th Nov 2020.
Sponsorship eligibility email received 28th Sept 2020.
File moved to CPC Ottawa:30th Sept 2020.
We have started processing your application: 22nd Oct 2020.
Pre-arrival for Twins : 6th Nov 2020.
One of the twin got Copr imm 5688 :4th Dec 2020.
ecas: u entered Canada at Etobicoke ircc office on 23rd Dec 2020 and became a permanent resident.
Another twin: received letter to send passport size pic and i sent it on 17th Dec 2020.

That's why I feel bad. The estimated timeline prolonged for applicants in Canada 13-> 15months.

Mine too doesn't have the second line as some others stated.. Apparently some visa offices don't update.. Cairo is known for this.. but I check on the status daily.. that's how I am able to follow the application.. Maybe your VO is like that too.. If I hadn't seen the "Application Received" status before it changed back I would've assumed it hasn't moved yet.. I do not see the second line.. Maybe it's gonna get updated later.. I'll keep you posted of it does.. Positive Vibes and Prayers for everyone to get good news soon
Did you call them? They need to explain what exactly happened. Why one twin and the other not yet?
Try calling them constantly.. It took me roughly 5-6 times to get through and then 40 minutes on hold. I kept on hearing "all our agents are unavailable" message and then a hang up.Try early in the morning as well.
Just got medical request.. Wooohooo.. On cloud 9...

It means the sponsor has been approved, the PR application is still in progress
