Thanks. I'm so stressful. If I apply for the nomination extension for the new express entry profile it will take 3 months time to process. By the time, my PNP nomination will be expired (180days). I'm wondering why is taking such a long time to get extended the PNP points new express entry profile.

I would really appreciated your comment.

If you have already received a nomination, it won't take 3 months to process. If your nomination was issued, it only has to be transferred to the new profile.

If I am not getting it right, then please elaborate.

U can apply for PNP nomination extension within 6 months. If u read the post nomination guide urself, u will find answers to almost all of ur questions

Yes received the nomination on 30th Oct. As per PNP guide, it says, they process it to the new profile within three months. I have to apply PNP on line dash board. I think once they extended it, it will be valid for another six months.

I have already made a request for the reconsideration on the Web form. If IRCC reopened my application while I have applied for the PNP extension for new express entry profile, what will be the impact on PNP points which I have claimed on previous express entry profile.

Very much appreciated your valuable comments as I'm really disappointed with the refusal.

Hi @legalfalcon. The processing time for post nominations requests is also 3 months. I have through that and they took more than 2 months to process it. My case was rejected due to submission of wrong ECA and I had to creat new EE profile and only wanted to get my BCPNP linked with new profile.

If IRCC reopens your case, then your nomination will be valid, which was submitted, and you can inform Inform the nomination province accordingly.

Even if your nomination is added to your new profile, you can submit the new application, and your nomination will be valid for another few months after it is attached to your new profile.

It depends on the Province. Each Province makes its own rules.

I've raised query in webform and added letter from HR which confirms my employment extension for next one year (current ICT WP was valid till 23 Nov 2019 and letter states my overseas assignment is extended by one year effective 24 Nov 2019).

So now i am hoping that VO considers it re evaluation.

Without a new letter from the company which lists your duties , wages etc it should have a statement that they intend to employ you for at least 1 year after they issue you a permanent resident visa without which you will not able to claim the 50 points and if you did the application would get rejected. What is your score without the job offer letter?
