The lawyer said it is > 90% success and he wrote a straight and strong letter saying that it is the little one's right to get the medical attention he needs here in Canada ( we were hesitant to include that letter, but he seemed to know what he is doing).

thanks for your help ! but you didn't work here ? like you did't tell officer if you have a job or if you paid taxes or join certificate/letter from your school in your application ? because you didn't add any establishment factores only your long years here

I have a question , it need clarification . If someone has permanent status on base of H&C . apply before Refugee before H &C . but it was refused. It need clarification , with such like case and circumstances, if he/she willing to visit at home country with permeant status . he/she eligible to travel home country.
The max 3 months I didn't hear anyone hsd longer processing time.
