hi, congratulations you got the AIP (the most difficult stage) can you share with other members some informations about your case like if you applied for assylum or when you came to canada and if you have family and relatives here ?
thank you, hope it helps. No asylum.8 years in Canada, came originally for study and about to finish. A Canadian born child with health problems, we did not add any establishment factors, just the medical case. No family or relatives, just the three of us. The lawyer said it is > 90% success and he wrote a straight and strong letter saying that it is the little one's right to get the medical attention he needs here in Canada ( we were hesitant to include that letter, but he seemed to know what he is doing).

I provided the scholarship contract, and my partner's HR letter. But the lawyer said he will need them for processing and not for the original application.

@Ex ツ why are you surprised !?
I have difficulty understanding the abbreviations especially because i live in Quebec-Sherbrooke so I don't use English every day!

I hope it doesn't surprise you also that canada has a second official language beside english!:D

I have a question , it need clarification . If someone has permanent status on base of H&C . apply before Refugee before H &C . but it was refused. It need clarification , with such like case and circumstances, if he/she willing to visit at home country with permeant status . he/she eligible to travel home country.
