Kindly, I need your help. I have applied for an extended visitor visa for 6 months in August and just today I have got approval for the extension but unfortunately a permit valid for very short weeks from now and because of travel restrictions I would not able to travel during this short period. Is it possible to apply for another extension for 6 months? Kindly advise me in this regard. Thanks a lot.

So there are no flights to your country at all...find that hard to believe. Immigration is telling you that it is time to return home. Immigration is not approving long extensions just enough for you to arrange your travel.

Yes, you can submit another extension request citing your reasons to extend. In that case you'd be on implied status, then you can look for possible options to return back to your country.
