if he lived there before 10 years ago , they don't ask for it
example - if you live in country for 2 year between 2005 - 2007 , they will not ask you for ppc

I lived in the states for 2 years, 2016 and 2017.

يارب يسهل امورك ويكتبلك القبول بأسرع وقت. I’m 100% sure next week or so they will send you CoPR directly. You have been waiting for a long time and it’s only fair to not make you wait for CoPR and send it directly without having to wait for ePOTRAL thingy.

Am now 30 months and still waiting, I hope they gonna be fair with me too

They will provide you with a number via email and you can google how to link ecas to an online application, and it will guide you, but i should tell you if you link ur account with your gckey then your lawyer will lose access of ur acc
