H&C And PRRA are processed in the same office.so technically,H&C do the work. The only difference Is PRRA needs to be initiated by CBSA

Yes it is true when the case goes to court but maybe it wont end up there.if the officer will change it wont goes to court. It is what this lawyer told us
I didn't understand why you don't want to change
your lawyer!

I think that your lawyer his goal is to have money but not to help others!

from the moment he encouraged you to apply for permanent residence on humanitarian grounds after arriving in Canada directly with not much evidences and documents and to ask for such a sum just to know the reason for the refusal it clearly indicates that he is a scammer !
in your case I advise you to see another lawyer.
I am not a specialist but I think that according to your case it is better to make a second application but check this first with a GOOD law firm .
I repeat , i advice you to change your lawyer

I agree with you it's the very same thing happened to me, the wicked lawyer that I had first told me the very samething is when we got refuse and got the refusal papers we know that he didn't know anything, so we got the lawyer we have now it's a big different she knows exactly what she's. He was just about the money and nothing else.

No.its not cbsa. When you are on removal order ans have application in process, the officer processing that application will always update cbsa when there is any changes in your application.do u have prra in process?

You can tell us your city's name and people will help you to find a good lawyer.
(you can have a lawyer even if he don't live in your city......but it will be complicated if you will go To the court...)

Appeal is more expensive it cost my friend $12000
$4000 For judiciary Review and $8000
the judge send back his H&c\parra for reconsideration
Now he is Permanent resident He won his appeal
hi ayanna, what is the difference between judiciary review and appeal ?
