Well I think it’s not as simple as this. Don’t think you can just apply and then travel. Doesn’t CIC ask you to send the passport to a specific location? I may be wrong but CIC would need to transfer your application to the said countries VFS which may happen speedily during normal times but now you can’t really tell what the consequences will be.

I received an email from Delhi Immigration High commission of Canada.

I emailed to CPC ottawa and they emailed to me if i received passport request please contact VFs office
How long did they take to reply? Also can you share where I can email them also?

Every case is different. The latest Approval we have in this thread is November 17th. I hope everyone gets their decision soon. And Please share the timeline if you have received your final decision. Thank You
Again confirmed with ircc agent by calling we can stamp visa from india
Just fill the Web form and tell ur address and phone they can issue visa from india via vfs office evn my application is already completed as agent said will get passport request soon but m leaving next 2weeks
