Yes I applied under PNP program Non express entry my NOC is 7511 truck driver even otherside I applied also under TR to pR pathway in July 15 2021 but still waiting for AOR for both application. Almost 4 years past till now I didn’t get PR since I came in Feb 2018 in Canada

Hi you can attach an affidavit declaration and explain everything the person is Same and should be notarized it’s not big issue I have an experience same with my mum dad name but they got easier visa or you can ask lawyer instead .immigration of Canada they understand the situation. goodluck
