Does anyone here had a message like this? What does the "100% complete" means? It seemed that there's no progress over my application. I applied thru a representative. I am starting to worry that they might refuse my application. Pls enlighten me with this message. I need help. Thank you!

Are you living in Canada and filled Canada as the place of current residence in both applications (PR and BOWP)? If so I guess this should be a refusal in error. Raise a webform or re-apply as soon as possible if your current status is about to expire.

I am living in Canada, and have used Canada as the place of residence in both applications. I am a CEC applicant, and I have applied for it before my permit expired. I am pretty sure I have submitted the acknowledgement of receipt (I have the latter of explanation I uploaded in front of me).

Adding to my last post:
There was a mistake in my pgwp that I could get fixed by simply calling IRCC and asking an agent to write a note to the officer. They looked at my file again and issued another PGWP and fixed their mistake. The agents can sometimes be very helpful. Call them. If you don't get a helpful one, raise a webform.

I was refused a BOWP. They said I didn't show that I qualified for an open work permit. I submitted a webform explaining that I attached my AOR as a LOE. They re-opened my application and granted the WP. Give it a shot!

I called them today, everything passed except security which is in progress since December.

Got an email for the PR confirmation portal, 3 separate emails for 3 applicants.
Planning to reply back today.
I am hoping that we will get the COPR's this month.

She said she has submitted a request for reconsideration, and I really hope they look at it as soon as possible.

Don't worry, they say it takes about 30 days but for me they fixed the error in a few days.
