All about the Progress Bar at https://bit.ly/3lUaSgVHello everyone! @legalfalcon
I've been following this thread since the beginning.
Does anyone here had a message like this? What does the "100% complete" means? It seemed that there's no progress over my application. I applied thru a representative. I am starting to worry that they might refuse my application. Pls enlighten me with this message. I need help. Thank you!
Your application is taking us longer than usual to process
Application received: June 2, 2020
100% complete
Estimated completion date: December 2, 2020
How about this one? It's not stated if I passed the biometrics or not.
Date of Biometric Enrollment: November 20, 2020
Expiry Date: November 20, 2030
NopeDoes it show that you’re approved in your CIC account too?
Call them immediately, explain this to an agent and request reconsideration.Guys I just received a refusal letter for my BOWP, stating that
To be considered for a bridging open Work Permit (WP) you must be currently in Canada and submit proof that you have sent an application for Permanent Residence (PR) as the principal applicant under one of the following programs.
I have a pending CEC application, and I submitted my acknowledgement of receipt with my application in the client document (letter of explanation) as well. I don't understand what is going on, I am freaking out. Please someone help me.
Are you living in Canada and filled Canada as the place of current residence in both applications (PR and BOWP)? If so I guess this should be a refusal in error. Raise a webform or re-apply as soon as possible if your current status is about to expire.Guys I just received a refusal letter for my BOWP, stating that

I am living in Canada, and have used Canada as the place of residence in both applications. I am a CEC applicant, and I have applied for it before my permit expired. I am pretty sure I have submitted the acknowledgement of receipt (I have the latter of explanation I uploaded in front of me).Are you living in Canada and filled Canada as the place of current residence in both applications (PR and BOWP)? I was refused a BOWP. They said I didn't show that I qualified for an open work permit. I submitted a webform explaining that I attached my AOR as a LOE. They re-opened my application and granted the WP. Give it a shot!Guys I just received a refusal letter for my BOWP, stating that

HI @petiterobenoire how long did it take for them to do that (and was it during the COVID crisis)?I was refused a BOWP. They said I didn't show that I qualified for an open work permit. Glad it worked out for you.I just called IRCC, and the call centre representative confirmed that she can see my acknowledgement of receipt letter and everything looked fine. (I submitted everything as one PDF)
She said she has submitted a request for reconsideration, and I really hope they look at it as soon as possible.
