Exactly. But my file is being process at Mississauga because I did an appeal.

Same here. But in fact the file will transfer to your original visa office to finalize.
As I know, which office refuse your file then when you appeal successfully, CPC Mississauga will transfer your file to there. Someone I know they were originally refused by Hongkong office. When they appeal Successfully, their file transfer to Hongkong at the end. Their passport request was from Hongkong office not CPC Mississauga.
My file was reopened June 2020 and we even didn’t get medical request.

It actually depends. Some files are being process in the original VO After winning the appeal. And others are being process in Mississauga but at the end the original Visa office is going to send the passeport request.

Don’t worry. you should get the medical request soon. I saw some files that got the medical request few weeks after the additional document request. can i ask you if your background check started in your Clegc?

Background check still not start yet.
Yours still under process. I assume mine will take longer.

Has anyone gone through a virtual hearing which what they are doing now? What is the mood of hearing? It is very stressful? Our hearing is in 3 hours.
