Is there anyone received the request letter after appeal allowed without medical exam request?
We received the request letter on Sep 13th. CPC Mississauga asked for criminal record, IMM0008, IMM5669 and biometric page of passport. But there is no request for medical exam. As I know before, they will ask for the medical exam together. Anyone here has the same situation?

It took 6 weeks since court hearing no decision got so far what should I do any idea plz

Apparently they have 60 days to respond to you after your hearing. I'm also waiting

I got mine in Montreal, in 6 weeks, and won by the grace of Allah

Not remember exactly, but only appeal process took three years, normally took two years, but I got some personal problems
