Spousal Sponsorship Outland -- issue regarding how to fill up forms together (sponsor and pa)

Hi,
I am new to this application. Planning to sponsor my spouse who is in India, I am PR, living in Canada.
How do we fill up the application forms together?
Some forms need to be filled out both by the sponsor and pa.
If my spouse (pa) fills out the application forms (her part), validates, prints and courier the package to me (sponsor) in Canada, can I fill out the sponsor part by pen and send the package to immigration office here in Canada. I can just type and print the forms which are required for sponsor only.
I could not come up with any other idea.
Please let me know if this works or help me with some ideas.

You both fill out electronically, send versions by email to each other until final, one completes, prints, and signs, and sends the physical signed version to the other to sign and submit.
