Does Service Canada keep all records of employment automatically? I never signed up for Service Canada account but requested PAC code so I can register. Do I need to ask my previous employers to upload record of employment to Service Canada or is it by default?

I think it's employer's obligation to provide ROE to service Canada.

It's employer obligation to submit your ROEs to Service Canada.
You will see your all ROEs in Service Canada Portal

Service Canada can only keep your ROE for two years. If you left your last employer for more than two years you won't be able to see it.

Not sure how new this information is but this is what I have in my account :

In the Records of Employment (ROEs) section, you can:

  • check and print electronic ROEs
  • check information on paper ROEs
This information is available for the last 7 years.
I can only see a table with employment records from 2018 anything before that is not showing. Maybe need to contact them by phone to get more infos ? Not sure .

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding medical record that needs to be sent. I lived in two different provinces, but I had a medical card only in the first province I lived. Do I have to ask for my record from the province I never had a medical card but I had an address there or not? Thanks!
