Actually the process contain two stages1, Exemption 2, Credibility / background. It is depend on relevant officer dealing with your file, if same officer is dealing with both stages then may asked before medical and another related another documents. The conclusion is, your case is strong and showing positive sign, hoped you will be successful

ICC has be requested Medical and RCMP document to Ayanna . actually almost these items are the part of Stage 2 . so it mean both stages are running on same time

Yes they requested from me everything is already done complete

I applied for PR under H&C grounds on March 18, 2019

1. We received your application for permanent residence on March 24, 2019.
2. We started processing your application on September 14, 2020.

Got 1 Stage approval yesterday 16th December 2020

Previously was on visitor status applied for work permit on February 7th 2019, Approved on October 1st 2020 (Yes you got it right after 20 months)

Grounds: Best interest of child (Canadian born) with some medical condition, NO establishment in Canada

If someone have any questions please do ask, we are in Alberta (email of approval came from TORONTO)

Our case was process with 1 of the top 5 lawyers of Calgary
