Outland applicant residing in the Carribean. Today we received this "request letter" via email & Gckey.
Letter states;

> RCMP Criminal Record Check: If your residence period in Canada has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide a certified criminal record check This must be received at this office by: -----
> Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance
certificate This must be received at this office by: -----
* How to apply and receive an RCMP certified criminal record check if applicant is currently residing outside of Canada? Applicant resided previously in Canada from age of 15 to 23. Left Canada more than a year ago and applied outland. I thought RCMP PCC are only requested for applicants residing in Canada or six months or more since the age of 18 as stated.
