I'm not sure if i understand your question but there are not age limit in h&c applications and in the Canadian immigration in general just for children you cannot add children to get PR with you if they have mor than 22 years.
(no age limit in caandian immigration even express entry and other exonomic point systems but of course old people have a very small chances in these programs typs just if they have study /work permits etc...
but in sposorship , asslyum, PRRA , H&C age dont have an impact

If you are in Ontario you can, because I use my Aip and get my health card

they work also on week ends or noy? i think they have same processing centers that works 7/7 and others 5/7

Well.... all done and yes I submitted background check form before medical

The difference was few days only between background check and medical. It took them so long to send me the applications after AIP

Online status doesn't show that but when I call automated machine says they are processing the background check.
So I really don't know where I stand
