If you sent the documents before send proof that you did, if you sent them by email, forward the email to them.

That's so weird they would miss it. I was able to forward it to them again, though they never apologized for the long delay lol. Did you end up getting a decision? when did you get AIP?

But its better to renew your workpermit if it's just a feeling.
You need minimum 1 month before the expiry date

I was told by my lawyer and IRCC that the workpermit must be submitted for renewal minimum 1 month ahead of the expiry date to be accepted.
Try to work on it just to be on the safe side it's almost Jan.
If you dont have proof of renewal request you won't be able to work
