But you never know...
If we don't have results we can of course enter in another lottery (lots of chance we didn't get a spot in 2020, right?) But I think to prevent this kind of commotion, they aren't going to open 2021 lottery until they release 2020 results.i wonder if theres another draw and the results of the 2020 draw havent been announced yet will we be able to enter our name in the 2021 if we also have it in the 2020 one? What do you guys think?
According to the shared timeline sheet for previous years, it would have been between December 15 - 20, the IRCC would be sending out invitation IF the word they use "THIS" year applied! Ha ha ha... so guess!https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/family-sponsorship/sponsor-parents-grandparents/selected.html says,
This year, we’ll send enough invitations to make sure we can reach the annual cap of 10,000 applications.
So probably draw will happen in this week or next week.
These application are dependent on NOA from 2020 so still lots of time.According to the shared timeline sheet for previous years, it would have been between December 15 - 20, the IRCC would be sending out invitation IF the word they use "THIS" year applied! Ha ha ha... so guess!
I think they will start this year and when they receive NOA they will remove applications accordingly to save time. These application are dependent on NOA from 2020 so still lots of time.
Hi @vermas,My parents got their PR under PGP 2019. For birth certificates they submitted copies of their 10th and 11th/12th mark sheets. For marriage certificate, they submitted an affidavit from a notary. These were accepted by IRCC and they got their PRs few months back.
If you’re invited to applyI think they will start this year and when they receive NOA they will remove applications accordingly to save time.
Yes anxiously waiting for thatHey Guys, Today is six weeks and still no news for PGP 2020 intake.
Not sure if you've noticed but there is a pandemic and numbers have been exploding in Canada. I assume there is a good chance that people will be selected in January. NOA 2020 is needed so there is no huge rush. Personally only think PGP2020 was announced so late in the year because of the risk of an election next year.Hey Guys, Today is six weeks and still no news for PGP 2020 intake.
