I am representing my parents’ application and today I received the biometric requests, my parents are in India, can someone please how I can book an appointment for biometrics for both at the same time? No one is picking up my phone on the give numbers. Please help.
And what is the next step after the biometric request ?

Has anyone here had their entire processing (AOR, biometrics, medical, additional documents, CV, travel history, etc) done in CPC-M, then right before the very last stage (presumably only waiting on a Decision Made for applicant now), the application gets transferred to another visa office?

On Nov 23, 2020, my file was transferred to NDVO after all the stages (AOR, Biometrics, additional documents, CV, travel history, proof of relationship, PCC, IME etc.) were completed via CPC-M. I am now waiting for Decision Made for PA or PPR request. Since then, I have seen couple of Ghost updates on MyCIC but there are no updates on ECAS or MyCIC. I think IME has also expired in our case but there is no additional request on this item, yet.

Yup that's me! Everything was done by cpc-m but nov 19 we received a letter saying my parents file is being transferred to Singapore although my parents are here in canada. Our medicals expired dec 9. Not sure what's going on, we were expecting decision made etc.

Yes same thing happened for my parents file . Not sure what's going on, we were expecting decision made etc. Will they make us redo medicals? Not really sure what happens from here after another visa office takes over.

Does anyone is in the same boat?

I called the IRCC and they said that due to Covid, file is still in CPC-M and they haven't sent file to NDVO. Does anyone know how long it will take after it reaches to NDVO.

Similar situation here for my mom who is in Delhi. BM & PCC requested by CPC-M, submitted Feb 2020. Medical (including additional test requested by NDVO) passed June 2020. Waiting since then, no communication. Not sure which office file is at.

One of my friend’s parents got COPR around first week of march (Valid till Aug end) and she did not want to bring her parents at that moment due to covid.
She sent webform to IRCC seeking extension.
But they said just let us know when they are able to travel.
Now she sent IRCC webform and told them her parents are able to come, so they sent her an email that they are going to extend their documents upto Jan 31st.
So in her case they did not ask her parents to re-do medical or anything else.

That is good news ! Thank you so Much !

How do you know your file is now transferred to NDVO ? Did you get any communication through them ?

Hi there, how did you find out that your file was transferred to NDVO? Does it say something to this effect in your IRCC account or did you receive any email from IRCC about this? Thanks.

When that happened to me after few days they passed the medical and processed the application within a week. Hope you may see the same.
Were your parents in Canada then?
