my last one was 1 month ago when the officer " noticed" that PA passport is valid only till July 5 which is less than 12 months validity and asked to renew the passport...

Since the medicals for PA is expiring on 13th Dec 2020, the account is updated as following instead of medical passed date that was showing until today:

I Had to submit the passport to New Delhi via vfs, i send the email to vfs for passport submission but received the email that they can’t pick the passport from my home address, please advise about the next step.
How can I submit the passport. It is already20 days i m waiting for vfs.

My parents arrived in Canada last week. I submitted webform on address change on 29th Nov.
But haven't received any confirmation email yet.

How long does it take for the acknowledge email? I tried calling cic today but no luck.

Does this mean that validity of the medical was extended and if so till what date?

It means the medical result is expired now. If it is extended, you should see a message like "<a new date> You passed the medical exam"
