Hello everyone, My mom's sponsorship is still in process and she is in Canada on super visa. She applied for super visa stay extension and yesterday got a medical exam request. After passing medical, should we inform the sponsorship department about it ? Or they will transfer information...

My mom did not do biometric. She came to Canada when biometrics was not required

My mom's stay on Super visa about to expire in June and still Waiting on sponsorship decision. Started to apply for extension but it asks to pass Biometrics. So what gonna happen, we apply and the application will be on hold until my mom can pass biometrics or what? Thanks

Update : Started processing permanent resident application on March 16th

why London processing so slow. Got a letter on Jan 23 that file was sent to London after that silence. (:(

Got DM on Jan 12 since then no Medical request, No Biometric request. just nothing( Should I wait, or call to find out?

Called the call center today, they said that Sponsorship eligibility was approved, no further steps indicated( Already a week passed
