Even I got DM/PPR, the status is still "your action is required". But the details show "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded."

It means the medical result was expired and it may need a medical reassessment or redo IME.

I got similar update in mycic and saw DM on ecase the second day after that. I think your PPR will be soon.

Received PPR letter today.

It means the medical result is expired now. If it is extended, you should see a message like "<a new date> You passed the medical exam"

Checked today, Ecas shows decision made for PR. CPC-M.

It is ghost update. It normally means VO is touching your file. You should expect some updates soon.
