Not exactly criminality unless you are quite sure about Security..I believe Background check involves Security and Criminality..

Yea i know that bt from last 2 months my file is stuck at criminality nd security on progress..gcms notes say that biometrice recieved on oct 15 bt not revieved by ny officer yet.. evrythg else is passed nd even other criminality process is clear only biometrics review is left that is lagging behind crimlty nd security to b gtng passed. Bt itz 2 months..some applicants get crimnlty nd secrty pass after one month of bio ..in my case itz 2 months

Wondering it's got anything to do with Indian pcc etc. ..dont know if the indian authorities respond on time..whats your pcc etc.?

No from india itz clear..coz gcms notes specify that criminality passed on other documents proved just final approval for passing is coz biometrics were lacking at that time nd later on i provided them with my bio nd after that itz not been reviewed

April 8th AOR.Gave bio. On 22nd October. Eligibility and security are passed but stuck with criminality . The agent said my background check is in processing.

Criminality in process for almost 2 months now. Oct 21, 2020 bio completed and updated. June 07 AOR. Agent said criminality in progress, everything has passed.

Hi, I was exempted from bio and after 7 month Criminality is still in progress, I know lots of people with the same situation

Everything passed on April 19th, 20221. So since October 21, 2020 only thing left was criminality so 6 months.

Mine everything passed on same day and final decision made on april 23.. but no copr yet. Vissa office ottawa

Submitted rcpm may 18, criminality still pending. Else is passed. Aor dec25. Anyone else similar?

I'm not sure how do I put my case here.

AOR is 11th march 2021.
Criminality is In progress Since March 25th. GCMS notes shows 'In progresss'. But In another page from GCMS, agent wrote that criminality 'PASS', But not update on the main status.
Security: Not started
Info sharing: In progress since march 25th. GCMS notes showed that all country-related data has been received and cleared. But status shows 'In progress'.

Eligibility: Not started yet.


File got struck at some where between criminality - info sharing. No entry in GCMS notes after march 25th. It seems the my application went in to some kind of cold storage.
