Stuck criminality

Not exactly criminality unless you are quite sure about Security..I believe Background check involves Security and Criminality..

Hello just wonder if someone can share his processing time to pass by security check I have been waiting for 9 months

I'm not sure how do I put my case here.

AOR is 11th march 2021.
Criminality is In progress Since March 25th. GCMS notes shows 'In progresss'. But In another page from GCMS, agent wrote that criminality 'PASS', But not update on the main status.
Security: Not started
Info sharing: In progress since march 25th. GCMS notes showed that all country-related data has been received and cleared. But status shows 'In progress'.

Eligibility: Not started yet.


File got struck at some where between criminality - info sharing. No entry in GCMS notes after march 25th. It seems the my application went in to some kind of cold storage.
