I sent email on DEC 01 to passportsubmission@vfshelpline.com, mentioned application number in subject, gave all proforma details and attached the OPR. Wonder why they didn't respond at all. My ticket number begins with 1072 Dec and no I didn't opt for premium service.

yeah exactly! I don't know how can I even contact them without emailing them again. They say don't send multiple email but what can we even do.
