Not true. Anybody can check job opportunities just by googling, especially when it comes to international courses
That's my understanding bro. Sometimes VO's use internet to gather information about companies, course available etc. Good luck for your application
They use internet to search about the company you have mentioned, the reference you have given for their online presence. Not to find if there are job opportunities in a country. These are cursory reviews and VOs judge you based on what they already know about the country. Like if you are applying from India and your visa office is in India then they know the reputation of the company you have mentioned. They know the college you have studied in. But you expect a VO sitting in Germany to know about your company and college?
Are you sure? Because there is no reason not to use internet for information gathering.
It's hardly magic to determine such factors, IRCC have resources which are shared among all VOs to determine criteria such as job opportunities in the home country where the applicant is applying from. It's not that the VO has to absolutely be from the applicant's home country for them to be aware and informed on the realities on the ground in your country. They have statistics and they are an e-mail away from communicating with other members from other VOs, if they need an appraisal on a specific issue.
Why would the office in Abu Dhabi be better placed to make a judgment on your application than Warsaw?
I'm just being honest with you, if you claim that the wrong VO processed your application, it's not going to help.
Also, most SDS applications are processed in Ottawa or Edmonton irrespective of where you apply from. So from your logic all those applications are being wrongly processed then.
This reminds me of the poor applicant that got his eligibility passed in an office in Canada, then switched to fail when his application got moved to Abu Dhabi office, he even got AIP and everything.
It definitely plays a part, but it can also differ from officer to officer even within the same office. That being said, Abu Dhabi is known to be a difficult office, so if you can't get it from Warsaw you wouldn't from AD

Yeah, Abu Dhabi office is notorious for having a pretty low visa approval rate compared to others so OP should not assume that having their application processed in Warsaw was the deciding factor behind the refusal.
