Like everyone else mentioned here, it doesn't matter where your application is processed, VO will follow same protocol regardless. Instead of blaming on the Visa office, try to get GCMS notes and based on that, see what are the reasons for refusal and address that. With your overseas logic, even an officer in Abu Dhabi can't determine the economics of a country BUT this is the era of internet and
every information can be searched. You can browse numerous refusals here where VO had entered all the details about the applicants job, company, facebook profiles that they were able to pull and cross reference information. Students have received both approvals and refusals from Abu Dhabi AND Edmonton/Ottawa offices.
Better luck next time and prepare your file again and address VOs concerns.
My application was processed in the wrong visa office. It was processed in Warsaw rather than Abu Dhabi. What should I do now?
Warsaw was the only one while it should be abu dhabi. Haven't heard of anyone facing the same.
VO are not magicians that they would know the job opportunities in Pakistan while sitting in Warsaw. Regional offices dealing with the applications is for this reason because they deal with people from a country and know the ground realities.
