PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2020

hello guys, I received my AOR on October 20 showing my application delivered on July 29, I linked it to Mycic, and it now shows:

We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.

Is it normal?

How did you contact them? I am waiting for AOR from May 8th, didn't receive any emails, contacting them via webform, they simply reply saying can't find my application info in the system, it has been 180 days, i have not received AOR yet, any suggestions on how to get in touch? How did you select urgent processing? Thanks.

Use your UCI number.Under identification type click on UCI .its 8 digit number.you can check from your COPR or you PR card,no hyphen no space .
Might help thats how I tracked mine but only day after I received my AOR before that you can't track it even after sending webform you'll get same response .

I have wait for AOR email. Until then it wont accept any information either from my COPR or UCI.

This works only when I received the AOR email for the renewal, which I have not received it. Mine was submitted on August 14, 2020.

hey all, just sharing that we received our PR cards AOR today (Nov 4). Application was delivered to IRCC on Aug 24; and in the meantime, waiting for Citizenship application to move to "In Process"...

Today ECAS shows the following on our applications (2 adults, 1 child):

Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on August 25, 2020.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on November 4, 2020.
3. We started processing your application on November 4, 2020.

What is kind of interesting is that my daughter appears as "Decision Made", while my wife's and mine show as "In Process", but the information upon clicking the link is identical.

Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on August 25, 2020.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on November 4, 2020.
3. We started processing your application on November 4, 2020.

What is kind of interesting is that my daughter appears as "Decision Made", while my wife's and mine show as "In Process", but the information upon clicking the link is identical.

My wife's application is on Decision made from Sep-15, the day since they started processing.

I didn't go out of Canada in last 2 years as my card had expired and I didn't meet the RO. So, I had to stay put for all the time.

Yeah hopefully. Staying put for 2 years allowed me to meet the RO. So let's wait. I will update you guys.

Seems like my PR renewal application had a ghost update.
When I login to my account previously the Current status was Submitted and now it is Application/profile updated

Anyone else had this experience?
