Hi @Orlaith , I was able to file our passports' applications today... almost 2 hours with the clerk to go over 4 applications. I was given a delivery estimated date of late January/2023... LOL Let's see how they perform on this but no high expectations at this point

you need to have a lawyer to file it for you. We initiated the Mandamus at the 26 months mark.

just checking documents - very quick, easy and the officer was really nice to talk to. She asked just 2 questions that were very pertinent and I would probably have asked them myself I was in her position.

Thanks! Indeed it has been quite a relief to see things moving now. Yesterday I submitted the pending document for my wife and now Prohibition also shows as complete in her profile as well. At this point only Oath is showing as not started... I agreed with my lawyer we will keep the mandamus...
