It varies widely. The shortest amount of time I've seen is 1 week, the longest it's taken that I've heard of is 2 months. Just hang in there. I know it's never wracking and frustrating, but all you can do it wait.

I uploaded additional information they required a little over a month ago. Nov 26th applicant and haven't had any updates since.

We just got the SA email but no AIP yet!!! In general, do they not give AIP and SA at the same time?

Not all the time...I got SA from mississauga office, then they transfer my file to etobicoke. I am still waiting on AIP!!. My application was sent in September 2019. I have already pass the 1 year mark. I don't know why they transfer my file either because SA came from mississauga then they transfer my application!!

My ecas status changed to Decision Made for both Sponsor and Applicant. But CIC account still shows in progress. Is it normal. ?
