I also created an account in status tracker under the principal's name, and link it to my ircc account. I received email (ircc account) everytime there's an update about my application. I like the ircc account than the tracker portal.

I see.. Now you need to go to the nearest Philippine consulate to process the NBI. They will help you for the proper procedure.

I think the NBI should be valid for 6 months before the application, that's why they requested a new one. Pls check the website of NBI, you can renew it online.
