Yeah, the entire process is random. I see plenty of people getting the Ready For Visa email soon after the PR application approval. However, when I spoke with an agent today, she said that I need to wait to get that email. She wasn't willing to reveal much and basically told me to call again after the 28th of this month.

I called IRCC on 27th Oct, 2020 and they confirmed that all eligibility, Criminality and Security have been completed, pending final decision.

They used my old biometrics from 2016 because of the new government policy.

How are you able to connect to an agent? They just seem to have auto response then hangs up.
