Most of them are pnp applicants on myimmitracker I see. Seems like Ottawa is sleeping right now for CEC

inland are directly getting copr. And straight PR cards.

Application approved on October 14, 2020. No follow up emails from IRCC after that. Plenty of people all over the forum in the same situation. Even after approval, we all have to wait for a good number of months to complete the entire process.

once you have the approval on cic site people get the copr in a day or two. Not sure why it is delayed for you. Some people have got it on the same day as well. And now they are creating an online portal where you can directly confirm the questions for copr and get it online.
