AOR: MAR18, Eligibility, Medical and Security passed, Criminality in process, Biometic Completed 21 Oct 2020 (biometric exempted). No News after that. Any idea how long Criminality check takes?

Just hang up with an IRCC agent, he told my security passed, the only step remaining in process is Criminality

hi All, logged in with difficulty today and saw Status Changed/Update but when opened check full application status nothing has been changed and or updated. Any ideas?

Hey, same dates here, do you think it is good idea to contact them through web form and ask to proceed with biometrics I gave for work permit? (I know I have to give new one for PR, but due to covid 19 might be ?). I don't see any feasible ETA when Services Canada could open. Thanks
