I've been reading about a proposed new immigration scheme called the Canadian Experience Class. I would have qualified for this class one year ago, when I was in Canada. I returned to my home country and later applied under the Federal Skilled Worker Class. I meet all the requierements for the Canadian Experience Class, except for one. I am not a legal temporary resident anymore. My question is, would that be taken into consideration under the FSW class? I have an MBA from a Canadian university and relevant work experience in Canada. My mistake was that I didn't apply while I was there. What are my chances?
