The necessary background checks are not yet complete on this file however we will endeavor to complete the review of this application as soon as possible once resumption of normal operations occurs.



Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a timeframe for the completion of any assessments at this time. We will be in touch with the next steps once there is an update on the file.

You must have an express entry profile, right?
Log in with that account and it will ask you the security questions which you have specified when you created account
once you answer those questions, it will take you to your submitted application page and there you can see the updates if there are any

Apparently it's very unfortunate to see the applicant who filed the case in January 2019 and still waiting for Pre-arrival and DM. I have seen such applicants here who filed their cases during the months January to May, 2019 and they got DMs and even the PPRs.

The most frustrating stage in whole process is eligibility and background checks as per the email the abv cmntr got clearly states bgc is ongoing nd its not in lvo control we do got 2017 applicnts stuck in bgc. Nd it really tks on nerves sometymz

Can one of you please let me know how can i submit requested forms from IRCC. They have provided with the email address and i have 12 pdf files to be sent which i cannot as it bounces back. Each file is less then 5MB. I tried uploading the using the webform but it gives the error message that i can only upload 3MB of file at a time.
It will be very kind if one of you can help.

Put all ur doc in one PDF file and then use a software called Cisdem PDF compressor to make ur file small and then you can download and submit. There’s a free trial available for this software.

yes apparently they got ADR Sept 28, submitted it on Oct 8 and got pre arrivals Oct 20
