@legalfalcon : My spouse received a Biometric call and I am the primary applicant and I have been in Canada since 2016 (not sure whether I have given BIO in past ?) Do you think I should wait to get a call from Service Canada for my turn or should I call them. Please share your thought!

As per the new policy announced on September 23, if you have provided biometrics in the last 10 years for any TRV then you are exempt from providing them for your PR application.

See https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/service-delivery/coronavirus/general-measures/biometric-exemption-permanent-residence.html?fbclid=IwAR0A6LkTPiX-32UI74JIinxN794AwEiJg4dMQIu_77VVZiIAtBnJF9Eot_Y

To check on the status of your previous biometrics, see https://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/extapp/bioStatusQuery?fbclid=IwAR3o5iHfmffP2ctMvIZndA1G54-84DNJ2dnuYsJFgeAn5vX7GueiLWrw85M

Is it safe to say if someone has May 2020 AOR and their application hasn't been rejected so far, then the chances of rejection in future are low?
