Do returned applications get back into the Queue?

Hi Guys,
I'm curious if after resubmitting an returned application , it will get back into the queue ( which means expedited AOR) or someone should wait as if a new application is submitted ?

Typically it's treated like a brand new application.

If the "Received on (date)" stamp on your application form is still valid (i.e. not crossed-out), then it will most likely go back to the original queue. If the stamp has been cancelled or altered by the CIC officer (likely who also issued the "return letter"), then it will most likely be treated as a new application with a new "Received on" date.
